RadBox is not cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and is not available for sale or distribution in the United States. Its safety and effectiveness have not been established by the FDA. Nothing on the website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, RadBox or any other product.

Content on the website, including information about sterilization, infection control, instrument classification and cost, is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, clinical, infection-control, legal, regulatory or financial advice. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the website, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep any protections given by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

The website is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with local laws. You may not use or export content from the website in violation of U.S. export laws.

These Terms, with our Privacy policy and Cookie notice, are the entire agreement between you and Lumaegis about the website. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
